Problems with T-Mobile
Manue and I have just switched to T-Mobile and already we’re having problems. First of all, she cannot seem to send SMS text messages to any of our friends in France. Turns out, T-Mobile doesn’t have an “agreement” with all of the carriers in France (including the largest one). So, it is simply not possible to text message them.
And now, I receive a letter informing me that I didn’t include all of my paperwork for my mail-in rebate. This is an absolute falsehood. I am positive that the UPC cutout was included in the envelope (I remember thinking that the envelope was very thick with the cardboard in it). And, of course, I didn’t make copies of anything before I sent it and this is the only thing that can remedy the situation.
We’re very very close to canceling our service entirely and starting over with Cingular. If you’re going with T-Mobile, make copies of everything before you send it to the rebate center cause they WILL try cheat you out of your rebate.
