Last weekend, I purchased a new phone online from Wireless Buy. I got the new Blackberry Pearl. A very cool little phone. It should be delivered Monday.
Unfortunately, my account was switched to T-Mobile yesterday. My old phone (Cingular) simply does not work at all anymore. I’m threrefore left without a phone for 4 days. Keep this in mind if you decide to purchase a phone online through a reseller and are planning on taking your number with you. You might want to make sure they give your new phone time to get to you!
At least the Wireless Buy service number got me to a real person immediately. Unfortunately, there’s nothing she can do though. So dumb!
