The Bush administration has done it again. The justice department is dropping its investigation of the Bush administration because the NSA has refused to grant clearences to the lawyers involved. So, the NSA (run by Bush cronies) refuses to let the Justice Department (run by Bush cronies) have the proper clearence. So the Justice Department simply drops the case.
