Amazing thing about Norway. As expensive as everything else is, the fish is super cheap. I got a quality cut of Salmon this weekend for 50kr/kg… that’s roughly $3/lb. I cooked it up last night and it was some of the best I’ve ever had.
In other news, I spent most of the weekend just walking around and exploring. Didn’t find too much interesting. This is a surprisingly small town. I walked way up north in about an hour or so and then hopped the tram back home.
Was pretty cold all weekend, so I also spent a lot of time in the apartment. I’m finally starting to get comfortable there. It felt like someone else’s house there for the first couple of days.
Also, put together some pictures of the last week or so. Most of these are of Troux people that were here for the week to work.
Anyway, Happy Valentines Day to all… and to all a good night!!!

Heh… I was just in Sweden for work and Gothenburg looks a lot like Oslo apparently. Everyone in Sweden talks about how (oil) rich the norwegians are, apparently they’re the saudi arabia of scandanavia.
